Our Story
Female CSuite exists to ensure that exceptional women leaders have a platform to lead & growing companies have access to the experience required to succeed.
Female CSuite was founded on a simple observation: there is no shortage of exceptional women executives — but too often their experience is underutilized, while growing companies struggle to access the leadership expertise they need at critical moments. Fewer than 2% of venture capital dollars (PitchBook / Crunchbase 2025) in North America and the UK go to women-led companies. In private equity, female-founded businesses are still a small fraction of deal flow, and women hold only 20–25% of board seats (McKinsey & Company / MSCI 2024) across public and private companies, leaving leadership tables overwhelmingly male.
Launching a female-only fractional offering is not about exclusion. It is about correction. It is about addressing the systemic gap in visibility, access, and opportunity for women who are already operating at senior level, but who aren’t being seen because the traditional pipelines were not necessarily built for them.
